Products or Services availed from Credence Web Designers may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period as specified below in this policy. Some Products or Services have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, while some Products or Services are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such Services.

“Date of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Credence Web Designers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.

"Refund Period", you may cancel a service at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund with Credence Web Designers's customer service within the refund time frame specified for the applicable service.

Products with Special Refund Terms

Assisted Service:

Refundable before we initiate the Assisted Service.


Domain Name Registrations/Renewals:

New Registration: Fully refundable before we initiate the registration. After registration, there is no refund.
Renewal: Refundable before we initiate the renewal. After registration, there is no refund.


Website Services:

Build Services: 30% cancellation fee while in content generation phase, 50% cancellation fee when designing has started, 70% cancellation fee when site design is delivered for review, non-refundable once complete.
Website Makeover Services: 30% cancellation fee in content generation phase, 50% cancellation fee when designing has started, 70% cancellation fee when site design is delivered for review, non-refundable once complete.
Website Maintenance Services: If the service is in use, the fee is non-refundable. We will issue a prorated refund to your original payment method for any remaining unused months.


SEO Services:

SEO Services is a 6-month commitment; in order to receive best results, you are expected to use the Services for at least 12 months.

If you purchase a monthly plan, you will not be refunded the cost of the current or past months.
If you purchase a semiannual or annual plan, upon cancellation, you agree to pay for the current month and we will issue a prorated refund to your original payment method for any remaining unused months.


Ad Spend:

The ad spend and Search Marketing fees are non-refundable for the term period. We may refund future pre-paid terms and search marketing fees.


Limitation of Liability

Credence Web Designers’ liability is bound by the value of the chunk of the project (as per our proposal) which remains incomplete at a given point point of time. Credence Web Designers is not obligated for losses due to the services provided/ not provided or the delay in the same at any point of time. The liability to refund holds only if the project has been cancelled by the client and such cancellation has been communicated to Credence Web Designers in writing/email.



Processing of Refunds

The partial/full refunds will be processed and mailed within 60 business days of the date of acceptance of cancellation and will be brought about using the method of payment agreed upon which is usually your original payment method.

Changes

Credence Web Designers may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of Credence Web Designers website after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.
